<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new equipment set for an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment set 1 for the automobile has an expandable structure 2, an element 4 for the expandable structure, a means 6 expanding the structure in an expanding direction D so as to unfold the structure, a plate 8 diffusing a load when an occupant of a vehicle collides on the unfolded expandable structure, and a guiding means guiding the structure at the time of unfolding so as to extend along a center directrix L different from the expanding direction in an unfolded shape.
