<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining device capable of performing profiling control and in addition suppressing, as much as possible, deformation of a workpiece during the machining. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam machine is constituted to image unmachined parts of a workpiece (1), to detect deviation of a machining position on the basis of the image showing the unmachined parts and the image showing a prescribed route for moving a laser machining head (5), and to correct the position of the laser machining head (5) so as to eliminate this deviation. Then, the laser beam machine is further provided with means (17, 19, 21) for detecting thermal deformation/strain of the laser beam machining parts, thereby controlling the elements of the thermal deformation/strain for the purpose of suppressing it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
