<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for forming a composite structure on a substrate or the inner surface of a cylinder disposed in a narrow space, with an aerosol deposition method, and to provide a method for forming the composite structure. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle used for the apparatus for forming the composite structure consisting of the components of the particles, on the surface of a substrate by colliding an aerosol having particles dispersed in a gas onto the substrate, has a mechanism capable of changing a spouting direction by bouncing the aerosol spouted from the nozzle so as to form a film on the substrate with the bounced aerosol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
