<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concrete which exhibits an ultrahigh strength of≥100 MPa even when a low quality regenerated aggregate deposited with cement mortar or paste is used. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete contains at least cement, a pozzolanic fine powder, a fine aggregate, a water reducing agent, water, and a regenerated aggregate. The concrete has a Blaine specific surface area of 2,500-30,000 cm<SP>2</SP>/g and may contains inorganic particles having a Blaine specific surface area higher than that of the cement. The inorganic particles may be composed of inorganic particles A having a Blaine specific surface area of 5,000-30,000 cm<SP>2</SP>/g and inorganic particles B having a Blaine specific surface area of 2,500-5,000 cm<SP>2</SP>/g.
