PURPOSE: A multi-functional anti-crime videophone is provided to prevent the trespass of a trespasser by previously sensing the trespass of the trespasser and providing trespass warning broadcasting, confirm identity by recording a moving picture of a visitor, and talk with the visitor through the connection of a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: If a user converts an operating mode of a videophone into an absent mode and inputs a telephone number of the user, the videophone is operated in the absent mode and an infrared sensor is operated. If a visitor comes to the infrared sensor, the infrared sensor senses the visitor during three to five seconds. If the visitor does not push a bell during the three to five seconds and the infrared sensor continuously senses the visitor, the videophone provides warning broadcasting and records a moving picture of the visitor in a digital moving picture memory chip. If the visitor pushes the bell within the three to five seconds, the videophone connects to the inputted telephone number and the user talks with the visitor.
