<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to get candidates of sets of identification elements for identification with accuracy and efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing method is for getting information concerning with elements (sequence moiety) which can identify a specific sequence in plural sequence data. One step of the method is to get data which is aligned in common areas which have a similar sequence.
