<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a budget management system capable of managing budget items and execution items while associating them in a variety of ways. <P>SOLUTION: The budget management system comprises a server 100 and personal computers 10 serving as terminals, with the server and the personal computers connected together by a network LAN. The server 100 has therein a budget DB 122 for recording budget records and an execution DB 142 for recording budget execution records. The server 100 also has a tagging DB 123 independently of the databases for associating the budget records with the execution records.
