PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state X-rays detector having improved spatial resolution. SOLUTION: A monolithic detector(12) uses a lattice(44) to prevent an X-rays(18) affecting to an area between pixels which can be believed to produce electric noise on pixel signals. Although the problem of assembling produced from using each of many small crystals is eliminated, however, normally a quality of signal designed by using separated crystal cannot be obtained. The deterioration in the signal quality is considered to be caused by the X-rays impacting a region (gutter region) between pixels decided by an electrode, to release a charged carrier; then the charged carrier moves into a adjacent pixel unexpectedly, and it produces adverse effects on the measured values for these pixels.
