FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of thermal processing of solid household and industrial wastes that contain flammable and incombustible materials, by means of pyrolysis and gasification of organic component in wastes by production of carbon component of wastes to prepare hydrocarbon products of pyrolysis: fuel gas and solid remains. Solid household wastes are loaded in shaft furnace, in which oxygen-containing gasifying agent is supplied in counterflow. Pyrolysis mode is arranged in shaft furnace with further gasification of pyrolysis carbon remains. Furnace also comprises statistical multi-channel power supply source and distributed-integrated control system with wide information support, which makes it possible to optimize mode of wastes recycling by means of control over flow of gasifying agent and ratio of flammable and incombustible components and oxygen content in gasifying agent. ^ EFFECT: provision of complete utilisation of solid wastes, increased yield of fuel gas with increased content of hydrocarbon fraction. ^ 3 dwg |
