PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state device that is capable of imparting a direct momentum via thermoelectric microelements.SOLUTION: A device 1900 comprises a hot layer 1902 and a cold layer 1901. A straight through hole 1910 extends through all layers of the device 1900 and preferably has the same cross-sectional shape and size on each layer.
