PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary machine and a device and a method for clearance control of the rotary machine capable of adjusting a clearance between a stationary part and a rotary part with a simple device configuration.SOLUTION: A clearance control device of a rotary machine includes a signal detection section for detecting a signal showing a size of a clearance between a stationary part and a rotary part of the rotary machine, a temperature difference adjustment section for adjusting the temperature difference on both surface sides of a temperature adjustment region of a frame including a bearing installation region in which a bearing of the rotary machine is installed and the temperature adjustment region separated from the bearing installation region, and a control section for controlling the temperature difference adjustment section so as to adjust the size of the clearance based on the signal detected by the signal detection section at least.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
