<p>A sheath made up of a plurality of stiff panels separated by fold lines coincident with the outline of a collapsed flat umbrella wherein the sheath is wrapped around the flat umbrella. Fastening snaps are provided at both longitudinal ends of the sheath for securing the folded sheath about the umbrella, and partially closing the open ends of the sheath so formed.</p> |
