PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective use of short-range radio communication while suppressing power consumption.SOLUTION: A radio base station device includes: a first base station communication unit which performs radio communication with a radio terminal device; a second base station communication unit which performs radio communication whose communication speed is faster and communicable range is shorter compared to those of the radio communication of the first base station communication unit, with the radio terminal device; a third base station communication unit which performs radio communication of a communicable distance equivalent to or shorter than the communicable distance of the second base station communication unit, with the radio terminal device; and a base station control unit which permits the second base station communication unit to perform radio communication with the radio terminal device, when the third base station communication unit receives, from the radio terminal device, identification information for identifying the radio terminal device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
