<p>The arrangement is intended for use on the drive wheel (2) of a vehicle, particularly a tractor. The auxiliary wheel (4) and the securing means are such as to permit it to be fixed eccentrically relative to the drive wheel at a point above the drive wheel centre, when the drive wheel is sunk into the ground. The auxiliary wheel may be securable by means of a number of the bolts which hold the drive wheel on its hub, which bolts are then in a position near the periphery of the auxiliary wheel. The auxiliary wheel may project outside the periphery of the drive wheel. The auxiliary wheel preferably has a ribbed tread.</p> |
