FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at treating of Achilles tendon contracture. Device for treatment of Achilles tendon contracture contains cuff, two tie rods and orthopaedic shoes with rigid sole. One tie-rods ends are attached to cuff lateral sides, which is fixed on lower leg, and other of tie-rods ends are secured at sole toe part sides. Tie-rods are made of belts with buckles, on which there are through holes spaced at 5-15 mm. Cuff, which width is less than half leg length, has closing, by means of which it is fixed on lower leg upper half.EFFECT: technical result is Achilles tendon contracture healing by periodic tie-rod lengths shortening, facilitating stretching effect on leg tendon during walking.1 cl, 1 ex, 1 dwg |
