摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery and maxillofacial surgery. Combined incision of skin, subcutaneous fat and subcutaneous muscle is made, dissecting surface and nuchal fascia in two directions. Vertical from external occiput along the line of spinous processes of vertebra to the level of IV-V cervical vertebras. Horizontal from external occiput in parallel with line of cross sinus at upper nuchal line towards the rear surface of auricle, extending the incision caudally at front surface of pectoral-clavicle-nipple muscle to its lower third with branch, bordering ear lobe, extended at prootic fold. Musculocutaneous flap is displaced as one unit, preserving integrity of superficial and deep vessels and nerves, sternocleidomastoid, trapezoid, belt muscles with their displacement towards ipsilateral arm providing access bodies of spinous processes of the cervical vertebrae C, C, Cand skull base. Morbid growth is removed, superficial and deep muscles of neck are fixed with interrupted sutures to titanium microscrews installed in the thickness of mastoid process and occiput in projection of the line of fixation of muscle tendons preserving their functional activity.EFFECT: method enables eradication of morbid growth, preserving integrity of neurovascular formations of neck, as soon as possible to restore functional activity of anatomic formations of craniovertebral localisation.1 cl, 1 ex, 7 dwg
