1453791 Component assemblies; inductors SABA SCHWARZWAELDER APPARATEBAU - ANSTALT AUGUST SCHWER SOEHNE GmbH 9 Jan 1974 [11 Jan 1973] 01069/74 Headings HIT and H1R [Also in Division H3] A tunable circuit, resonant in the U.H.F. range, comprises inductor coils 1, 2, 3 each of less than one turn and each having an insulating former 12, 13, 14 surrounding an axiallymovable diamagnetic core 15, 16, 17. The coils, which are made of conductive strip material, are interconnected by strips 18, 19 of the same material and are mounted on a printed circuit board 10 and connected to a ground conductor 11 by strips 7, 8, 9 which constitute voltage dividers. The coils are bent through 90 degrees along the line 20 from the position shown in Fig. 1 so that they lie parallel to the board 10 and allow short connections to be used for tuning capacity diodes 4,5,6. Calculations are given for deriving the desired dimensions of the coils. The circuit may be used in a U.H.F. television tuner. |
