PURPOSE:To make it possible to photograph a page number automatically in copy paper by setting the first page number in a page number indicating unit which is arranged on an original surface and by summing the page numbers indicated so as to accomplish the copying operations in response to the depression of a copy starting button. CONSTITUTION:A page number indicating unit 3 is disposed just below one corner of an original surface 1 so that the number indicated may be photographed in copy paper together with the content of an original 27. When a page count switch 4 is turned on, meas 5 for setting the first page number to be recorded on the indicating unit 3 is brought into an operable condition. When a copy starting switch 6 is then turned on, a preset copying operation is accomplished so that a copy having the page number photographed is obtained. After that, the completion of copy is detected, and the number of a key board is increased one by a counter 7 and is indicated in the indicating unit 3. Then, the signals from the counter 7 are fed to the copy starting switch 6, which is turned on to photograph the increased number, thus effecting the next copying operation. |
