<p>The operation laparoscope is also for gynaecological endoscopy of the lower abdomen, having a 170 deg. lens. It comprises an operation lens and a trocar sleeve forming part of an insertion instrument. The sleeve and the instrument passages in the operation lens have a magnetic ball valve. The passage leading (10) to the funnel-shaped recess (13) is enclosed by a concentric magnet system (11), and inside the recess is a freely movable ferromagnetic valve ball (12). The distal end face of the operation lens is oblique, and the mouth of the instrument passage and the window of the lens system are situated on the base of an axial slot in the distal end face.</p> |
