Dual fuel IC engine - has spring return on choke to cut off starting fuel when engine is warm

The carburettor has a float chamber (12) supplied from a main fuel tank (5). A jet (14) admits fuel from this float chamber into the air passage (8). An auxiliary float chamber (13) is supplied (26) from a starting fuel tank (7). Outlet jets (15a,16a) from this chamber admit fuel into passages (16,21,17) discharging into the air passage (8). A valve (18) has spring loaded plungers which close the passages from the auxiliary float chamber to the air passage (8). The valve is operated by a spindle (29) moved by the choke control (32) and returned by a spring (35). The spring return ensures that the carburettor is not left running on the starting fuel.
