PURPOSE:To decrease the number of switches, by restarting the control at a speed to be kept up to the present and keeping the desired speed with an acceleration during the control of car speed, when a restart switch is depressed during the release of car speed control. CONSTITUTION:During constant-speed running, an actuator 28 is driven with a deviation between the reference value of a storage circuit 18 and a car speed signal from an FV converter 14 to keep the car speed constant. In this case, since a self- holding circuit 34 is set, when a resume switch 30 is depressed, a driving signal is outputted via an AND circuit 29 and an OR circuit 22 and the car speed is increased. The self-holding circuit 34 is reset with a stop lamp switch 44 and when the resume switch 30 is depressed during the stop of control, the self-holding circuit 34 is set via a one shot 43 and constant-speed control is made based on a value stored in the storage circuit 18 at that time. |
