PURPOSE:To prevent a short circuit between a main electrode and a control electrode by mounting an insulating resin layer having elasticity to an air gap section between an inner wall of a vertical hole of a main electrode lead-out body, an end section thereof has a larger concave section, and a supporting bar and one part of the concave section. CONSTITUTION:The emitter electrode lead-out body (the main electrode lead-out body) 3 is mounted to an upper section of a transistor element 1 placed on a collector electrode 2, the vertical hole 3b is formed to the lead-out body 3, and the supporting bar 6 into which a base lead (a control electrode lead) 4 coated with an insulating tube 5 is inserted is penetrated into the vertical hole and connected to a semiconductor element while the insulating layer 12 consisting of insulating resin having elasticity is disposed to the air gap section between the vertical hole and the outer circumference of the supporting bar and the section, which is connected to the air gap section, of the concave section. Accordingly, the short circuit between the main electrode and the control electrode due to the falling of metal powder generated at the time of assembly is prevented. |
