In the case of a laser arrangement, which is constructed in accordance with the convection principle, the laser chamber is configured as a cooled tube (1) and is arranged concentrically inside a circulation turbine (4). The stator blades (2) of the circulation turbine are firmly connected to the laser chamber. The electrodes can be fitted in the laser chamber on the one hand on the gas-inlet side and on the other hand at a specific distance therefrom. However, a plurality of pin electrodes can also be fitted on the gas-inlet side in divided gas deflection paths, such that the gas is excited (energised) before entry into the laser chamber. A plurality of such laser arrangements can be connected together so that a continuous laser space of relatively great length is produced. |
