PURPOSE:To keep data stored in the external, by inhibiting an application program processing part from starting newly transactions by the check point processing control when a forced check point processing is requested from a user. CONSTITUTION:The request of a forced check point processing from a user is received in an application program processing part 3 and is reported to a check point processing controlling part 4. Hereafter, each time the start of transactions is reported from the processing part 3 to the controlling part 4, a transaction start suppressing mechanism of the controlling part 4 inhibits the start of transactions. Since the controlling part 4 sends a suppressing signal through a signal line 8, the number of executing transactions is reduced gradually; and when this number becomes zero, the controlling part 4 starts a check point processing part 5 and making forcedly contents of a current-version file 2 and a backup-version file 1 coincident with each other. Thus, the user requests the check point processing positively to execute it. |
