PURPOSE:To prevent a permanent magnet from cracking by interposing porous rubber layer between the cylindrical permanent magnet and a support formed by the injection molding of resin. CONSTITUTION:Porous rubber layer 4 is coated on the bore surface of a cylindrical permanent magnet 1, a support 2 injection molded with resin is formed in the inside of the hardened layer 4, and the magnet 1 and the support 2 are integrally fixed through the layer 4. In this manner, the internal pressure at the time of injection molding resin is absorbed by the layer 4. Accordingly, abnormal pressure is not applied to the bore of the magnet 1, thereby preventing the permanent magnet 1 from cracking. |
