PURPOSE:To prepare a foamless disk by a method wherein a casting plate 9 is arranged on a stamper 6 at a specified distance and liquid resin 13 is injected between the casting plate 9 and stamper 6 along a shaft body 8 revolving the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A sluice valve 11 is kept in an opening state and a shaft body 8 is rotated at about 30rpm. Then, ultraviolet setting resin 13 is injected between a casting plate 9 and a stamper 6 through a gap 12 along the peripheral surface 8a of this shaft body 8. Foams 15 occurring in the resin stick to the peripheral surface 8A of this shaft body 8 to inject foamless resin only between the casting plate and the stamper. Then, the shaft body stops rotating, the sluice valve 11 is closed and the casting plate is shielded from the stamper. Then, ultraviolet rays are irradiated through the ultraviolet permeable casting plate 9 to harden the resin. |
