PURPOSE:To cake synthetic resin and obtain a diaphragm for a speaker which has superior characteristics by printing ink which contains frame-shaped inorganic material and thermosetting or thermoplastic synthetic resin on one surface of the substrate of the diaphragm, and setting the surface part of the organic material opposite to the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The frame-shaped organic material 22 such as graphite and mica and thermosetting synthetic resin 32 such as phenol are dissolved in an ink solvent and mixed to manufacture the ink 41 for screen printing which contains the material 22 to high density. This ink 41 is printed and stuck to the surface of the substrate 12 such as a planar Al foil of a diaphragm forming agent by using a screen 42 and a squeeze 43. While the ink 41 is dried to a specific extent, the substrate is supported on a metallic mold 45 in a specific shape and high-temperature, high-pressure gas is injected onto the substrate 12 to fluidize the resin 32 for accelerating the orientation of the material 22 to the substrate 12, setting the resin 32 thermally. Then, the material 22 is incorporated in the diaphragm to high density to improve various characteristics of the diaphragm. |
