PURPOSE:To damp the locking action of a crawler by slightly lowering the grounding surfaces of rollers at both the front and rear ends fitted to a crawler frame than the grounding surfaces of other rollers between them. CONSTITUTION:The lower surface 2 of a crawler frame 1 is formed in a straight plane, and rollers are fitted to this lower surface. Brackets 7a, 7b of rollers 3a, 3b at both the front and rear ends of the crawler frame 1 are fitted to the frame 1 via shims 8, thereby the grounding surfaces of the rollers 3a, 3b are fitted slightly lower than the grounding surfaces of other rollers 3c. Accordingly, the shock generated when the rollers at both the front and rear ends hit the road surface via the crawler is absorbed, and the locking action of the crawler can be damped. |
