PURPOSE:To obtain a loudspeaker which can raise a high band characteristic by simple constitution, by forming as one body a voice coil bobbin, a diaphragm and a center cap by the same material. CONSTITUTION:A voice coil 3, diaphragm 4 and a center cap 7 are formed simultaneously as one body by using the same material of a large specific elastic modulus. when a synthetic resin material having a heat resisting property, for instance, such as a thermosetting resin, etc. reinforced by a packing material is used as a base material of these members 3, 4 and 7, a loudspeaker which is effective against heating of a coil 3a and can endure a large input is obtained because a thermal deformation allowable temperature is high. Also, since the three members are formed as one body by the same material, an adhesive agent, etc. are not interposed, the specific elastic modulus is not reduced, and a high band characteristic of the loudspeaker can be raised exactly. |
