<p>PURPOSE:To provide a first and a second signal line groups running at a right angle to the blocks and a power supply and improve efficiency of circuit block by arranging an output part to the upper part of circuit block and the input part and delay part at the lower part. CONSTITUTION:An output part G is arranged at the upper part of a circuit block 14 of a semiconductor integrated circuit and an input part and a delay part H at the lower prt. Moreover, a first and a second signal line groups 13a, 13b running at the right angle to the circuit block 14, a power supply line 11 as the power supply line and a ground line 12 as the second power supply line are also provided. The signal line 13a is provided at the highest part, while the signal line group 13b at the lowest part and the power supply line 11 and ground line 12 are arranged overlapping with the input part, delay part H and output part G. The boundary condition for design of circuit block 14 is determined, use into the other circuit block and application into the other kinds are intended to cope with quick response to circuit change by discriminating the circuit block.</p> |
