PURPOSE:To improve the motor efficiency and to reduce a noise by forming a stator substrate of a brushless motor of an alloy which contains 12% of chromium and 3% of aluminum in iron component. CONSTITUTION:A flange 2 is formed on the outer periphery of a bearing housing 1, and a stator substrate 3 is clamped by screws. A drive coil 4 is disposed and bonded circumferentially on the substrate 3, and a coil pattern 5 for generating a frequency is attached to the periphery. A rotating position detector 6 and a drive circuit 7 are mounted. a rotational shaft 8 is supported through a bearing 9 to the housing 1, and a rotor yoke 11, a rotor magnet 12 and a magnet 13 for generating a frequency are mounted thereon. In this case, the substrate 3 is formed of an ally which contains 12% of chromium and 3% of aluminum in iron component. Thus, a vibration at the switching time is transmitted to the substrate 3, but since the vibration resistance of the substrate 3 is high, a noise can be reduced. |
