PURPOSE:To make it possible to bind and cut a winding by utilizing the movement of a winding supply nozzle in a winder which makes winding action and binds a winding end around a terminal pin, using a three-dimensionally movable nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Wire 2a for starting winding up is bound round the terminal pin 3a of a bobbin 1, and wire 2b for finishing winding-up is bound round a terminal pin 3b. Firstly, a nozzle 5 is bound in the arrowIdirection repeating plural times of revolutions, and then the nozzle 5 is moved in the arrow II direction after permitting the nozzle 5 to be lowered near the winding-up starting pin 3a as shown in B, allowing the wire 2 to be cut off by the length 2l from a holder 6 to the winding-up starting terminal pin 3a. The wire is cut down at the corner of the pin 3a. |
