PURPOSE:To enable a screw to be prevented from tumbling in a chuck pawl, by providing a means which both automatically supplies the screw to the chuck pawl and screws said screw into a predetermined position by a driver bit from the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:A driver main unit 9, movably operated by a shuttle moving source 5, is horizontally arranged. A machine, fixing a rotary driving source 10 to the driver main unit 9, transmits rotation of the driving source to a driver bit 11. While the machine, turnably arranging a chuck pawl to a chuck unit 22 and forming a holding hole 17a in this chuck pawl 17, holds a screw from a chute rail by said chuck pawl. Here the machine, horizontally arranging the chuck pawl 17 in the chuck unit 22 and providing a through hole 17b so as to communicate with the holding hole 17a in said chuck pawl 17, is constituted so as to horizontally guide the screw from the chute rail 15. |
