PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of lost motion in a shaft supporting part between a handling arm and a dump frame while a car is driving, by forming a frontward extension part in a tip end of the dump frame being supported free of rise and fall motion, while installing a hook free of engagement with this extension part in the handling arm. CONSTITUTION:A dump frame 3 is pivotally supported on a rear end part of a subframe 2 of a car tiltably rearward with a shaft 4, and an L-shaped handling arm 5 is pivotally supported on a tip end of the frame 3 free of rotation with a shaft 6. And, when the dump frame 3 and a container 7 are lashed with a clamping device 9, this container 7 is made to be tiltable rearward by operation of a hydraulic cylinder 8 but when this clamping device 9 is released, loading and unloading for the container 7 is made so as to be carried out with turning motion of the handling arm 5. In this case, an extension part 10 is connectedly installed in a tip end of the dump frame 3, while a hook 11 to be engaged with a tip end of the extension part 10 with energizing force of a spring 14 is installed in the handling arm 5, and this hook 11 is made so as to be rotated to a releasing position with engagement with a releasing member 15 when the container tilts down.
