PURPOSE:To obtain a scratch preventing coating agent of glass vessels having no stickiness and slipperiness and having sufficient water resistance and shielding effect by constituting the agent primarily of a reaction product of alkyl polysiloxane contg. alkoxy groups and a deriv. of fatty acid expressed by a general formula. CONSTITUTION:A scratch preventing coating agent is constituted of a reaction product of 100pts.wt. alkyl polysiloxane contg. alkoxy groups with 2-18pts.wt. specified fatty acid deriv. as main component.
