PURPOSE:To prevent a lens from being displaced due to external vibration by fixing a gravity center of a moving part and making one counter weight effective in all directions. CONSTITUTION:The 1st support mechanism 8 is a support mechanism freely turnably in the focus direction to support a moving part 4 and the 2nd support mechanism 9 is a support mechanism freely turnably in the tracking direction to support the 1st support mechanism 8 and the support shafts 10, 11 of the two support mechanisms 8, 9 are provided at a position through the gravity center of the moving part 4. The fulcrusm as the mechanism of the support mechanisms 8, 9 is placed to the gravity center of the moving part 4, then a moment caused to the gravity center due to external vibration is not a torque and no displacement is caused to the lens 6.
