PURPOSE:To stop a generation of a signal from a mobile station introducing a signal disturbing talking and to smooth the talking with remaining mobile stations by inactivating the operation of a desired mobile station by a base station. CONSTITUTION:When a microphone press switch is operated intermittently and it is discriminanted as disturbance to talking, a vehicle number of a mobile station B1 is displayed by a display means 17 and the operator uses a ten-key 19 of a key input means 18 to input the vehicle number. Then whether an OFF key 20 of the key input means 18 or the ON key 21 is discriminated for the operation. When the OFF key 20 is operated, a processor 8 leads a switch control signal from an input/output port 9 to a line 10 to change over a common contact 7 of the changeover switch 4 is thrown to an individual contact 6 for continuity. A vehicle number data inputted by the ten-key 19 and a control signal inactivating the mobile station B1 by the operation of the OFF key 20 are sent to the line 13 from the processing circuit 8 via an MODEM 12 in this order.
