PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply device and a non-contact power supply system that can reduce the effect of magnetic flux on a space surrounded by a power supply coil.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply device includes a base 111, a power supply coil L1, and a power supply unit 14 for making current flow in the power supply coil L1 to generate a magnetic flux. The power supply coil L1 is disposed on a first surface of the base 111 so that the center axis thereof is oriented in the same direction as the thickness direction of the base 111. An inner wall 12 which protrudes from the first surface of the base 111 along the inner periphery of the power supply coil L1 is provided at the position surrounded by the power supply coil L1. The area on the same plane as the first surface of a housing space 13 surrounded by the inner wall 12 is larger than the area of the housing space 13 on the same plane as the tip of the inner wall 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
