PURPOSE:To obtain a noise-free and sharp image having high fidelity up to medium contrast on a highly bright image plane by laminating the surface of a photosensitive layer formed by once coating a coating liquid for the photosensitive layer on a strippable base material and drying the same and paper base via an intermediate layer having specific volume resistivity. CONSTITUTION:The coating liquid for the photosensitive layer 31 consisting of at least photoconductive powder and binder is once coated on the strippable base material and is dried; thereafter the coated surface of the layer 31 and the paper base 33 are laminated via the intermediate layer 32 having <=10<12>OMEGA.cm volume resistivity. The intermediate layer 32 is formed by a method consisting in providing the layer 32 on the coated surface of the phtoosensitive layer 31 disposed on the above-mentioned strippable base material, then laminating the same on the paper base 33 or coating an adhesive agent (intermediate layer) to about 2mum coating thickness on the paper base 33 and adhering and laminating the same in a solventless state to the coated surface of the layer 31, then stripping off the strippable base material to form recording paper. The degree of adhesion of the photosensitive layer 31 is increased and the generation of a small gap which is the case of the image noise between the photosensitive layer 31 and the paper base 33 is prevented by providing such intermediate layer 32 having >=2mum thickness and 10<12>OMEGA.cm volume resistivity. The sharp image is thus obtd. on the highly bright image plane. |
