<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operability and the reliability of an automatic charger by providing a guide having a guide hole formed in a tapered shape to gradually narrow the hole area from the end of the hole toward the depth near a collector of the side to be charged. CONSTITUTION:When an operatorless carriage truck 1 arrives at a charging station, an operating shaft 7a is projected so that an insert member 8 disposed at the end is inserted into the guide hole 5 of a guide 3. When the insert 8 is projected, a first roller 15 enters into the tapered portion 5a of the hole 5 in contact with the tapered surface to advance toward the depth while rolling along the tapered surface. Then, when the central axis L2 of the insert member 8 coincides with a central axis L1, the roller 15 finishes rolling of the tapered portion 5a to enter into a straight portion 5b. Simultaneously, a connector 14 of the charging side is correctly opposed to a connector 4 of the side to be charged.</p> |
