The ABS resin having high elastic modulus, is prepd. by graft polymn. of 20-30 wt.% rubber latex, 30-50% styrene or α-methylstyrene, and 20- 40 wt.% latex acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile. The rubber is prepd. by agglomerization of one or more of butadiene, isoprene, chloroprene or isobutylene, and one or more of styrene, α- methylstyrene, acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile or C1-4 alkylacrylate, and one or more of butadiene, isoprene or chloroprene.
