A heat resistant poly-4-methyl-1-pentene resin composition, especially having an excellent thermal aging resistance and heat resistant rigidity, containing poly-4-methyl-1-pentene and polyphenylene sulfide and, optionally, reinforcing fiber and a shaped article derived therefrom.
