<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a stable and constant high output voltage by rectifying the output voltage at an ON period of a switching circuit and attenuating a ringing voltage. CONSTITUTION:One end of primary windings P1, P2 connects to a DC power supply circuit 12 and the other end connects to a parallel circuit comprising a switching circuit 13 and a resonance capacitor Cr. Moreover, plural secondary windings are formed to be windings S1-Sn of plural layers with arranged winding and each layer of the secondary windings S1-Sn is wound and laminated so that the voltage generated in the winding layers to be adjacent is in phase and the windings are connected in series via diodes D1-Dn. The rectifier diodes D1-Dn are connected to be conducted for the ON period of the switching circuit 13 and an attenuation means RB, r attenuating the ringing voltage generated in the secondary windings S1-Sn for ON-period of the switching circuit 13 is provided. Thus, the voltage is rectified for the ON period of the switching circuit 13 to widen the conduction period of the rectifier diodes D1-Dn, then the internal impedance of a high voltage generator when viewing from the load side is lowered and the high output voltage is made stable and constant.</p> |
