The circuit supplies the carrier frequency of audio by indirect frequency method independantly to control the frequency completely when audio signal is not modulated. It includes a voice modulator (140) for modulating voice signal by indirect frequency method, a mixer (150) for mixing the output of the voice modulator (140) and video carrier signal, a voltage controlled oscillator (160) for generating carrier frequency and applying it to the voice modulator (140), and a divider (180) for dividing the output of the VCO (160).
