PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition excellent in modulus without reducing tensile strength and tensile elongation and a rubber glove having fitting feeling and detachability equal to or more than these of a vinyl chloride resin-made groove.SOLUTION: There are provided a rubber composition manufactured by a manufacturing method including a latex immersion process and having crosslink density calculated from a residual dipole interaction constant measured by using a solid NMR method of 280 or more and distribution thereof of 15 Hz or less and a rubber groove formed of the rubber composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
