Printing machine for flat or shaped surfaces

The printing pattern is etched, in the surface of a flat printing block (2), from which surplus ink is removed by a sliding wiper head (7). An elastomer punch (18) of silicon rubber, above the block works at right angles to it. The head has two blades (8) one behind the other in its travel direction and inclined in opposite ways. It tilts on an axis (6) at right angles to its travel direction, so that only the rear blade bears against the block surface. An ink-feed mechanism can be mounted between the blades, comprising a reservoir in the top part of the head, with a drilling at the bottom leading to a brush extending over the full width of the block and working against it.
