The capacitance of the capacitor (C) is altered solely by the movement of the surface waves e.g. sea waves in their rhythm, with opposing side plates, shells, windings or of other charge carriers.Parametric excited electric vibrations are produced in the resonant circuit (fir. 1a,1b). So that the surface waves are damped, or in reverse the waves are excited, due to specified electric vibrations produced by an electrical power supply.
