Fluorescent substance of luminous blue colour, excited by low-speed electrons

摘要

A fluorescent substance excited by low-speed electrons capable of exhibiting an increased luminescence and a stabilised blue tone. The fluorescent substance consists of ZnO.Ga2O3 doped with Li and P, Li and P being doped in quantities of 500 to 2300 ppm and of 100 ppm or less, respectively. This constitution enables the fluorescent substance to exhibit a blue luminous colour of a desirable tone whose y value is between 0.05 and 0.25 in a CIE chromaticity diagram. <IMAGE>
