<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing dead skin, and more particularly, to an apparatus for removing dead skin which can safely remove hardened skin or dead skin generated on the soles, heels, and palms without damaging normal skin, and simultaneously easily remove the dead skin remaining within the apparatus for removing dead skin.
