The invention relates to a device permitting the best possible use of the upper volume of all storage systems (the upper parts of cupboards and tall kitchen units, bathrooms, commercial and industrial storage spaces). The device consists of 2 fixed runners (1) fastened to the walls of the storage space by means of fixing screws; these 2 fixed runners (1) take 2 movable runners (3) designed for the initial withdrawal of the volume of its storage space. Fixed to the movable runners (3) are 2 adjustable arms (5) designed for then lowering the volume into a lower position accessible to any user, after which the volume can be returned to the high position. The device is fitted with a number of springs (13) to facilitate the lowering and raising of the volume in their respective positions. <IMAGE>
